RS36G 36-Inch Portable Sawmill

The RS36G 36-Inch Portable Sawmill is designed for the efficient cutting of logs and production of sawn lumber. It is ideal for sawmills, forestry producers, ranches, woodworking shops, and operations requiring mobility, practicality, and reliable performance.

It is powered by a 27 HP LONCIN gasoline engine with electric start, allowing independent operation without requiring a fixed electrical connection. Its portable design makes it suitable for use in forestry yards, remote work areas, and locations where logs need to be processed directly on-site.

This model provides a maximum cutting capacity of 910 × 380 × 4,800 mm, approximately 36" × 15" × 188", allowing it to process large logs into boards, beams, and dimensional lumber.

The RS36G uses a 180" × 1 1/2" × 0.035" carbide bandsaw blade with 208 teeth, designed to provide stable and efficient cuts. It also features 20-inch band wheels, an adjustable blade guide, a quick-action log clamp, and an automatic blade lubrication system, helping maintain smooth and consistent operation throughout the cutting process.

Its 6,000 × 1,010 mm standard track provides stability during operation, while its four-section frame allows practical assembly and installation.
