Mexican-Made Tower
The Mexican-Made Bandsaw Headrig is designed for wood-cutting operations in sawmills and wood-processing industries that require strength, stability, and reliable performance during continuous operation.
Manufactured in Mexico, it features a robust and functional structure built to withstand demanding cutting operations. It is equipped with a 20 HP electric motor, providing the power required to maintain consistent performance throughout the working day.
Its system uses 42" × 4" band wheels operating at 750 RPM, allowing for stable and efficient cutting. It also provides a nominal 1/8" kerf with swaged teeth, helping improve lumber recovery and cutting precision.
The machine uses 4" to 5" wide bandsaw blades, 18 gauge, with a 1 1/2" tooth pitch, designed for heavy-duty work and continuous cutting in forestry and industrial applications.
