The Mebor MN-7 Bandsaw Blade Sharpener is an automatic machine designed for the precise and efficient sharpening of bandsaw blades. It is ideal for sawmills, sharpening workshops, wood-processing industries, and companies that need to keep their cutting tools in optimal condition.

It features a sharpening angle range of 18° to 30°, allowing it to accommodate different tooth profiles and cutting requirements. It works with tooth pitches ranging from 20 to 50 mm and accepts bandsaw blades from 70 to 250 mm wide, providing excellent versatility for different blade sizes.

The Mebor MN-7 Sharpener is compatible with PV, CP, NU, and NV sharpening profiles, allowing proper adjustment according to the tooth type and application. An optional water-cooling system is also available to improve the sharpening process and reduce heat buildup during operation.
