MAGNA 30"–40" Wood Chipper

The Mexican-Made MAGNA 30" or 40" Wood Chipper is an industrial machine designed for the efficient production of wood chips. It is ideal for sawmills, forestry facilities, industrial yards, and operations focused on recovering and processing waste wood.

Manufactured in Mexico, this chipper features a durable structure designed for continuous operation. Its functional design allows wood to be processed efficiently and productively. It is equipped with a 50 HP electric motor operating at 1,750 RPM and requires a 220 V power supply, providing the power needed for industrial chipping operations.

Its working area includes an infeed hopper for loading raw material and a discharge chute for directing the processed wood chips, facilitating smooth material flow throughout the operation. It also features a 40-inch chipper disc with a thickness of 1 1/2 inches, equipped with six hardened-steel knives designed to provide firm and efficient cutting.

The machine offers an approximate production capacity of 70 m³ per 8-hour shift when processing waste wood. Its chipper disc operates at 777 RPM, providing consistent performance during wood chip production.

It also features an adjustable anvil, allowing the distance between the anvil and the knives to be regulated according to the required wood chip size, providing greater control over the final product.
