AB MAGNA Triple-Head Resaw
The AB MAGNA Triple-Head Resaw is an industrial machine designed to maximize productivity in lumber resawing operations, providing greater cutting capacity, precision, and efficiency in high-performance forestry production lines.
It features three cutting heads, each equipped with a 15 HP electric motor operating at 1,750 RPM, allowing continuous operation with excellent performance. Its triple-head system improves lumber recovery and significantly increases production compared with single- or double-head machines.
The machine incorporates a hydraulic system with manual controls to regulate conveyor speed. This system uses a 19 gal/min hydraulic pump powered by a 5 HP electric motor operating at 1,750 RPM, allowing the feed rate to be adjusted according to the wood species and production requirements.
Its adjustable cutting heads can be configured to produce the required lumber dimensions, while the infeed and return conveyors maintain a continuous material flow, improving operation and reducing material-handling time.
Manufactured from heavy-duty structural steel, this resaw provides the strength, stability, and durability required for demanding industrial applications.
