AB MAGNA 2- or 3-Head Trimmer Saw
The AB MAGNA 3-Head Trimmer Saw is an industrial machine designed for the crosscutting of lumber, making it ideal for trimming boards, components, and processed wood to the required length in an efficient, precise, and continuous manner.
It features three cutting heads, each equipped with an included 16-inch circular saw blade, allowing clean and uniform cuts in forestry production lines, sawmills, and wood-processing industries.
Its feed system uses hydraulically driven chains with speed control, allowing the material feed rate to be adjusted according to production requirements. The machine also includes a 7.5 HP three-phase electric motor for each cutting head, as well as a 5 HP electric motor for the hydraulic pump.
The cutting heads are positioned using a manual adjustment system, allowing operators to set the required cutting length. This provides practical operation and greater versatility when producing finished lumber in different dimensions.
